St. Vincent de Paul is known today for his organizational genius, his selfless work with the poor and the charitable orders he founded that continue the work he began in 17th century France. However, before a spiritual conversion redirected his life, St. Vincent had been a bright peasant boy who saw the priesthood as a way out of village life and the friendship of the rich as important to that end.
This interactive video illuminates that spiritual journey and brings viewers up-to-date on who the Vincentians are and what they do today. Produced through the Vincentian Mid-Atlantic Province, the video also links to the Eastern Province Congregation of the Mission home page.
