Biography

Very Reverend David M. O’Connell, a priest of the Congregation of the Mission (founded by St. Vincent de Paul and popularly known in the United States as the “Vincentians”) was unanimously elected 14th president of The Catholic University of America by its Board of Trustees on March 10, 1998.
